Performance Issues Hub
Updated 13 May 2026
The Performance Issues Hub surfaces individual guards' behavioural anomalies — repeated late clock-ins, missed check calls, missed patrol scans, and low report quality — so you can review and act on them in one place.
Note: This is different from the Issues Hub (BETA, in the Dashboard group), which is an operational triage queue for site-level anomalies. Performance Issues is people-focused — it's about individual guard patterns over time.
What it surfaces
- Repeated late clock-ins — guards with a pattern of arriving after their scheduled start time.
- Missed check calls — escalated check-call failures attributed to a specific guard.
- Missed NFC patrol scans — checkpoints skipped during patrol rounds.
- Low report quality — reports flagged as incomplete, requiring amendments more than once.
For each issue you'll see the guard's name, the issue type, how frequently it's occurred, and the most recent instance.
Actions
- Dismiss (justified) — mark an issue as explained and remove it from the active list. Kept in the audit log.
- Flag for follow-up — mark as requiring a conversation or further monitoring.
- Link to a performance review — attach the issue to a formal review record.
- Send a memo — draft and send a memo to the guard directly from the issue detail.
- Escalate — raise to a senior manager.
When to use it
Performance Issues works best as part of regular, scheduled performance reviews rather than as a real-time alert system. Review it weekly or before one-to-one meetings with guards to make sure you're working from current data.
Use it alongside Performance Analytics — analytics shows you the overall score and trend, Performance Issues gives you the specific incidents behind a declining score.
Manager+ only
This tab is visible to managers and senior managers. Supervisors manage performance through their own scope on the Dashboard and On-Duty Board.
