Issues Hub (BETA)
Updated 13 May 2026
BETA: The Issues Hub is currently in BETA. Some behaviours may change.
The Issues Hub is a triage queue that surfaces operational anomalies your management team should action. It lives in the Dashboard group of the management menu (look for Issues in the dropdown).
Note: This is different from Performance Issues, which is people-focused and tracks individual guard patterns over time. The Issues Hub is operational triage — site-level and shift-level anomalies you need to act on today.
What it surfaces
- Missed check-calls — escalated check-calls from the last 7 days that haven't been resolved.
- Early departures — guards who clocked out before their scheduled shift end.
- Chronic lateness — guards with a recent pattern of late clock-ins (surfaced as a pattern, not a one-off).
- Missed NFC checkpoints — patrol checkpoints skipped during recent rounds.
- Site-level configuration issues — for example, a venue where capacity is repeatedly hitting its maximum, suggesting a configuration or staffing problem.
For each item you'll see the type, the affected guard or site, how frequently it's occurred, and when it last happened.
Actions
- Dismiss as resolved — mark the issue as handled. It's removed from the active queue but kept in the audit log.
- Link to a report — attach the issue to an existing incident or check-call report.
- Send a memo — draft a memo to the guard or site team directly from the issue.
- Escalate to a senior manager — flag the issue for higher-level attention.
How to use it
The Issues Hub is designed to be reviewed alongside the Dashboard at the start of a shift — check KPI tiles, glance at the On-Duty Board, then open Issues to see what needs actioning before the day progresses. Working through the queue proactively is faster than responding to individual alerts as they fire.
Manager+ only
Visible to managers and senior managers. Supervisors see relevant issues through the Dashboard and On-Duty Board within their scope.
