Management Dashboard

The Dashboard tab is your home screen in the Management Hub — it's the first thing you see when you open the hub. It gives you a live picture of everything that matters during a shift.

KPI tiles

Across the top you'll see four summary tiles:

• Active Guards — how many guards are currently clocked in.
• Today's Check Calls — total check-call responses recorded today.
• Pending Reports — reports that are submitted but not yet reviewed.
• Today's Incidents — incident reports filed since midnight.

All four tiles refresh automatically every 10 seconds — no need to reload the page.

Guards on Duty panel

Below the tiles is the Guards On Duty panel — a live list of every guard currently clocked in. For each guard you can see:

• Name and role badge — Guard, Supervisor, Manager, or Senior Manager.
• Site / client — where they are assigned for this shift.
• Clock-in time and elapsed shift time — when they started and how long they've been on duty.
• Last seen location — tap or click View to open their last GPS coordinates in Google Maps. This is sourced from their most recent check-in or patrol breadcrumb.
• Patrol status badge — shown when the guard is actively on a patrol route.
• Call button — visible if a phone number is on file for that guard.
• Request Check Call button — sends an immediate push notification to the guard; they have 15 minutes to respond before the system escalates.

Using the On-Duty panel

Tap or click a guard's name to open their Guard Summary modal — a full breakdown of their recent shifts, reports, and performance indicators.

Use Request Check Call for a welfare check whenever you can't reach a guard by other means, or simply want confirmation they're safe and on post. Missed responses are logged and surfaced in the Check Calls tab.

Quick actions

The Dashboard also provides shortcut buttons to the most common management actions — filing a memo, viewing the rota, and opening reports — so you don't have to navigate through the full menu for routine tasks.

Supervisor access

Supervisors with the relevant permission see the Dashboard tab and the On-Duty panel, scoped to the sites and teams they manage.
