Custom Dashboard (BETA)

Updated 13 May 2026

BETA: Custom Dashboard is currently in BETA. Behaviour may change as the feature develops. Use the in-hub Feedback button (the lightbulb icon in the top bar) to suggest widgets or report issues.

The Custom Dashboard lets you build a personalised view of your operation from a library of widgets — KPI cards, live lists, trend charts, and custom HTML blocks. Rather than using the default Dashboard for everything, you can create layouts tailored to how you work.

Building your layout

  • Add a widget — tap or click Add Widget to open the widget picker. Choose from available widgets and they'll be added to your layout.
  • Reorder — drag widgets by their header to move them into the order that works for you.
  • Resize — where supported, drag the bottom-right corner of a widget to make it larger or smaller.
  • Remove — tap or click the close icon on any widget to remove it from your current layout.

Saving multiple layouts

You can save more than one named layout — for example a Morning Briefing layout showing today's activity and check calls, and a separate Weekly Review layout with trend charts and performance data. Switch between them using the layout switcher at the top of the tab.

Layouts are personal. Each manager has their own; changes you make don't affect what other managers see.

Who can use Custom Dashboard

Managers and Senior Managers. Supervisors use the standard Dashboard tab.

Senior managers may find Custom Dashboard especially useful for building a wider-scope view across multiple sites, pulling in data the standard Dashboard doesn't surface by default.

Tips

  • Keep your most time-sensitive widgets (on-duty status, escalated check calls) near the top so they're visible without scrolling.
  • Chart widgets will appear empty if no relevant data exists in the selected time period — this is expected.
  • Widget data refreshes automatically; you don't need to reload the page.
