Enhanced Privacy Mode

Your organisation may switch on Enhanced Privacy Mode for extra security. If they do, a couple of things change for you.
Logging in
You will no longer be able to sign in through a web browser. When you try, you will be asked to download and use the TacDesk app instead. Get the free app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and log in there with your usual details — your account works straight away.
Screenshots
The app blocks screenshots and screen recording to protect sensitive information. Because of this, bug reports and feature requests you send from the app are text-only — you cannot attach a screenshot.
If you are unsure whether this applies to you, or you are stuck at the login screen, ask your manager.
