Your weekly shift summary email

Every Monday morning, TacDesk sends you an email listing your upcoming assigned shifts, so you always have a quick overview of what is coming up for the week ahead.
What is in the email
The email lists every shift currently assigned to you, ordered soonest first, showing:
- Date and day — for example, Monday 21 July.
- Start and finish time — the scheduled hours for that shift.
- Venue — the site or client you are assigned to.
If you have no shifts booked
You will still receive an email even if nothing is currently assigned to you — it will simply let you know you have no upcoming shifts. That does not necessarily mean your rota stays empty; check the app in case something is added after the email goes out.
It is a summary, not the live rota
The email is a snapshot taken at the time it is sent. Shifts can be added, changed, or cancelled afterwards, so always check the TacDesk app for the latest, most accurate version of your rota before you rely on it.
Nothing to switch on
This email is sent automatically to the email address on your account — there is nothing you need to enable or configure yourself.
