Your performance dashboard

Updated 13 May 2026

The My Performance tab is your private scorecard. Only you and management can see your numbers — other guards cannot.

Your overall score

The headline figure is a 30-day composite performance score. It is deliberately hidden until you have logged at least 30 shifts — small samples produce unreliable averages and would not give a fair picture.

The KPI grid

Beneath the headline score, individual metrics are shown as a grid. Typical KPIs include:

  • Shifts worked — shifts completed in the last 30 days
  • On-time clock-in rate — percentage of shifts where you clocked in on time
  • Reports submitted — incident, patrol, vehicle defect, and other reports filed
  • Check-call response time — how reliably you answered check calls within the required window
  • Manager-rated quality — quality scores set by your manager, if used
  • Attendance — shift completion vs. absence

Each KPI shows your latest value and a trend arrow indicating whether things are moving in the right direction.

90-day trend

A sparkline chart shows how your overall score has moved across the last 90 days. Use it to spot whether a recent dip is a blip or a pattern.

Your focus area

The dashboard identifies a single growth-framed recommendation — for example, "your strongest opportunity is reducing late clock-ins". This is intended to help you prioritise, not to criticise.

Using it before reviews

Open your performance dashboard ahead of any appraisal or probation review. It gives you the same numbers your manager will be looking at, so you can prepare questions or context before the meeting rather than being caught off guard.

If a number looks wrong

Performance data is calculated from underlying records — clock-in timestamps, report submissions, check-call logs. If a figure is incorrect (for example, shown as late when you were on time), raise it with your manager so the source record can be checked and corrected. Errors in underlying records can affect pay and scheduling, so do not ignore them.

Tips

  • On-time clock-in is one of the easiest KPIs to control. Aim to clock in a minute or two early, not at the exact start time.
  • Filing reports promptly keeps your reports-submitted count accurate and prevents detail being forgotten.
  • Check-call response rate improves by keeping your phone on and not on silent during shifts.
