Your clock history
Updated 13 May 2026
The Clock History sub-view shows your recent clock in and clock out records. Find it inside the Profile tab — tap the Clock History button at the top, or navigate via ?view=clock-history.
What each record shows
- Date — the date of the shift
- Site — the site you were clocked in at
- Clock-in time — when you clocked in
- Clock-out time — when you clocked out (blank if the shift was auto-closed or still active)
- Total hours — the duration of the shift
Checking your hours
Use this view to verify your hours worked during the week or month and to compare against your payslip. If the total hours on a shift look short or long, check whether the clock-in or clock-out time matches what you remember.
If a record looks wrong
Clock records can sometimes be inaccurate — for example, if you forgot to clock out and the system auto-closed your shift, or if there was a technical issue with clock-in. If you spot an error:
- Note the date, site, and what the correct time should have been.
- Report it to your manager. They can correct clock-in and clock-out times from the management side.
Do not let errors accumulate. Incorrect clock records can affect your pay — check your history regularly, especially around payroll cut-off dates.
Auto-closed shifts
If you forget to clock out, your company may have an auto-close rule that sets a clock-out time automatically (for example, at the scheduled shift end time, or after a set number of hours). If you see a clock-out time you did not set yourself, this is likely the reason. Tell your manager so they can adjust it to the correct time if needed.
Tips
- Check your clock history at the end of each week, not just at the end of the month, so errors are caught and corrected before they compound.
- If you work across multiple sites, the site name on each record helps you verify that you were clocked in at the right location.
- Your clock history is one of the inputs used to calculate your performance dashboard metrics.
