Weekly guard shift summary emails

Every Monday at 9am, TacDesk automatically emails each active guard a summary of their upcoming assigned shifts — the date, day, start and finish time, and venue for each one, ordered soonest first. Guards with nothing currently assigned still receive a short email confirming they have no upcoming shifts.

Turned on by default

This runs automatically for every site — you do not need to do anything to start it.

Turning it off or back on

Go to Management Hub → Settings → Notifications and find Weekly guard shift summary. Toggle it on or off, then press Save. The setting applies per-site.

Who receives it

Only active guards are emailed. Archived or inactive guards are excluded automatically, so you do not need to manage recipients manually.

A summary, not the live rota

The email is a snapshot at the time it is sent. Encourage guards to keep checking the TacDesk app, since last-minute rota changes made after the email goes out will only be reflected there.
